Individual Teen Counseling & Teen Groups

 

The teen years can be challenging years for some, without effective strategies to help cope with the difficulties they might face. Individual and group counseling is provided to lessen these challenges and equip teens with age-appropriate ways of coping, using integrated methods and holistic approaches with mindfulness and cognitive behavior therapy for positive outcomes.  Some topics we work with teens on include: relationships, social media interactions, life management skills, school adjustments, family conflicts, adjustment to divorce, mindfulness, social emotional learning, trauma and various others.
